摘要 目的肠道病毒71型(Enterovirus 71,EV71)是导致婴幼儿感染的重要病原之一,可引起多种疾病,具有较广的疾病谱。EV71可引起大规模的手足口病(Hand,Foot,and Mouth Disease,HFMD)爆发,也可引起脑干脑炎等神经系统感染,导致死亡。现对EV71分子流行病学研究方法和研究进展进行综述,总结和分析了EV71各种基因型/亚型毒株的进化史及进化地位,对国际上EV71各种基因型/亚型的流行现况进行了概括总结。 Objective Enterovirus 71 （EV71） is one of the important etiologic agent for young children,which can cause various kind of diseases. EV71 can cause HFMD outbreak in a large scale and encephalmeningitis to death. This review introduced the research method and status of EV71 molecular epidemiology,examined and analyzed the evolution of EV71, summerized all genotype/ subgenotype for EV71. the geographic and time distribution.
