摘要
通过对石化企业能源消费核算过程的分析,阐明尽早完善、规范石化行业能源统计指标体系,制定行业内统一的核算标准及可具操作性的核算细则的必要性。并对统计指标体系的内容提出建议。
Based on analysis of the accounting process of energy consumption in petrochemical enterprises, this paper illustrated the necessity of perfecting and standardizing the energy consumption statistical index system in petrochemical industry, setting a unified accounting standard and practical accounting regulations for the industry. It also made proposals on content of the statistical index system.
