摘要
本文首先引入管网稳态流动计算模型,建立翅片管表冷器、风机盘管和板式换热器换热的数学模型,在此基础上用FORTRAN语言编制了空调系统整体性能模拟的计算程序,数值计算值与实测值的相对误差保持在10%以内。而后,针对某实验室空调冷冻水系统,在冬季供暖工况下对各环路水流量均匀变化和不均匀变化这2种情况进行模拟计算,分别得出了表征系统整体特性的热工参数,包括用户侧供回水温度、温差和换热量的定量变化规律。分析结果表明,在空调系统冬季供暖时,负荷均匀变化与否决定了系统整体热工特性的变化规律,从而为系统控制策略的研究提供一定的思路。
In this paper,the calculation method of steady state fluid network was introduced, and the mathematical models of fin-andtube heat exchanger, fan coil and plate exchanger were established. Based on the models,the corresponding numerical programs with FORTRAN were compiled to simulate the performance of air-conditioning system. The relative error between the numerical and experimental results were within 10%. Furthermore, with the parameters of a test rig, the simulation study was conducted under two operating schemes in which the flow rates in the consumer side were evenly or unevenly changed under the heating operational mode in winter. The thermal parameters representing the general characteristics of the system were given quantitatively, including supply and return water temperatures in the consumer side, temperature difference and heat transfer rate. The results indicated that the general thermal characteristics of the system was directly determined by the distribution pattern of the consumer cooling load, thus further thoughts were offered for the control strategies of similar air-conditioning systems.
