摘要
通过对新的《麻醉药品、精神药品处方管理规定》[1]颁布前后我院门诊麻醉药品使用消耗量的比较,探讨门诊麻醉药品管理过程中存在的具体问题及对策。新的麻醉药品处方管理规定对大部分癌症患者来说更加人性化和合理化,但由于门诊患者的特殊性和医师对新规定的理解局限,使其在实际应用中还存在着问题,为此提出一些参考意见。
Through comparison of consumption of our hospital out--patient use narcotic drugs before and after the promulgation of the new ＂The Measures for Prescription Management of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Drug＂ , the specific issues and countermeasures of management of narcotic drugs in the out --patient were discussed. The new regulations prescribed narcotic drugs to most cancer patients, more human and rationalization, but because of the special nature of outpatients and physicians to understand the limitations of the new requirements, so in practical application there is still some problem, some suggestions are put forward.
