摘要 目的:建立注射用丹参(冻干)中微量元素含量的测定方法。方法:样品经微波消解后,以铟为内标,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP—MS)测定注射用丹参(冻于)中 As、B、Ba、Be、Mn、Pb、Zn、Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、Ni、V、Hg 等15种微量金属元素的含量。结果:该方法对各元素的检出限为0.001~3.591 ng·g^(-1),加标回收率为90.4%~110.4%,标准物质茶树叶的测定值与标示值基本吻合。结论:所建立的方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,可以用于测定注射用丹参(冻干)中微量金属元素的含量。 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of microelements in Danshen injection. Methods: A method was studied for the assay of fifteen microelements such as As, B, Ba, Be, Mn, Pb , Zn, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu,Fe,Ni,V and Hg in Danshen injection by microwave digestion- inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP - MS) with In as internal standard. Results:Detection limits for above elements were between 0. 001 - 3.591 ng · g^-1, the recoveries were between 90.4% - 110.4%. The results obtained showed close agreement with the reference values standard reference material of tea leaves. Conclusions:The method is accurate, reliable and applicable for the determination of microelements in Danshen injection.
