摘要 目的:应用气相色谱法测定盐酸美金刚原料药的有关物质。方法:使用毛细管柱 Sil cp-24(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm),程序升温(初始温度120℃,保持15 min,再以60 ℃·min^(-1)的升温速率升至240℃,保持1min);载气:氮气(恒流);进样口温度:240℃;FID 检测器温度:280 ℃。结果:杂质与主成分能完全分离,最低检测量为2 ng。结论:方法可靠,简单可行,可用于质量控制。 Objective:To establish a GC method for the determination of the content of memantine hydroehloride. Method: Using Sil ep - 24 capillary column (30 m ×0.32mm,0.25μm) , programmed temperature ( the initial temperature is 120 ℃ for 15 minutes,then increased the temperature to 240 ℃ at rate of 60 ℃ · min^-1 ,kept on this temperature fur 1 minute) ;nitrogen as carry, gases; the temperature of Injection Port was 240 ℃ ; the temperature of FID detector was 280 ℃. Results :There was good resolution of related substances and memantine hydrochloride, the limit of detection was 2 ng. Conclusion:The method is reliable, simple and convenient, and can be used in quality control of memantine hydroehloride.
