摘要
目的:总结突发地震灾难事件中护理管理与医院感染控制的特点,通过完善护理管理流程,防控特殊情况下医院感染聚集事件及传染病疫情的发生。方法:对收治的600余名伤病员的分布情况及伤病特点进行汇总分析,在日常措施的基础上结合特殊灾难事件发生时的特点,完善流程,保证措施落实到位。结果:600余名伤病员未出现医院感染和传染病疫情的聚集性发生及特殊感染的院内播散。结论:加强护理管理是有效控制医院感染的重要手段,特别是在突发灾害事件中,注意及时总结特点、完善流程、严格管理是降低医院感染发生的重要措施。
Objective： Summarize characteristics of nursing administration and nosocomial infection control in hospital after earthquake occurs suddenly. Prevent epidemic of nosoeomial infection and infectious diseases through improving nursing administration procedure. Methods： On the basis of normal measure, according to the characteristics of Calamity event, revise working process and make sure the measures were carried out. Results： No epidemic of nosocomila infection and infectious diseases occurred in more than 600 sick and wounded. Conclusions： Strengthen nursing administration is one of the most important measures in nosocomial infection control, especially in the faleot calamity events. Summarizing characteristics, improveing procedure and strengthening management are important measures of infection control.
