摘要
职业倦怠是指个体在不能顺利应对压力体验下所产生的情绪、态度和行为的耗竭状态,主要表现为情绪衰竭、去个性化和个人成就感降低。本文对高职教师的职业倦怠的原因进行探讨,并提出了应对策略。
Burnout is that the individual's emotion, attitude and behavior of the depletion state when he can't response to the pressure experience smoothly.The main representations are emotional failure, individuarian disappearing and the personal sense of sceomplishment reduction. This paper tries to discuss on the reasons of the higher vocational teacher's profession burnout and puts forward countermeasures.
