CrO_x/SiO_2催化剂对正丁烷催化脱氢反应的催化性能 被引量:5

CATALYTIC PERFORMANCE OF CrO_x/SiO_2 CATALYST FOR CATALYTIC DEHYDROGENATION OF n-BUTANE

摘要 采用浸渍法制备了系列 CrO_x/SiO_2催化剂样品,采用 XRD,FT-IR,UV-vis 分析手段对催化剂样品进行表征,考察催化剂上 CrO_x 负载量及反应条件对正丁烷催化脱氢反应性能的影响。结果表明,Cr 在 SiO_3表面主要以+3价及+6价的形式存在。当催化剂中 CrO_x质量分数为12%时,在反应温度590℃、氢气与正丁烷摩尔比为1.5~2.5、重时空速为1~2 h^(-1)的反应条件下可获得较高的正丁烷转化率及正丁烯选择性。产物正丁烯中1-丁烯与2-丁烯之比受反应温度影响最为明显,而与 CrO_x负载量、氢烃摩尔比及重时空速的关系不大。 A series dehydrogenation of n-butane of CrOx/SiO2 catalyst samples with were prepared by incipient wetness various CrOx loadings for catalytic impregnation method. The catalyst samples were characterized by XRD,FT-IR and UV-Vis techniques. It was found that the chromium on the silica surface existed in the form of Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ) species. The test results showed that with a catalyst having a CrOx loading of 12%,under the optimum reaction conditions of a reaction temperature of 590 ℃,mole ratios of H2 to n-C4H10 of 1. 5--2. 5, and a WHSV between 1--2 h 1,relatively high n-butane conversion and n butene selectivity could be obtained. The ratio of 2-butene to 1-butene in the product was mainly influenced by the reaction temperature, the CrOx loading, ratio of hydrogen to n-butane and the WHSV had no significant influence.
