摘要
运用管理信息系统的原理、方法对我国建立电信管理网进行了可行性分析。讨论了建立电信管理网的必要性和可能性，从管理信息系统角度提出了电信管理网的物理模型和逻辑模型。
This paper analyzes the feasibility of building TMN in our country by applying the theory of MIS, discusses the necessity and possibility of building TMN, then presents the physical model and logical model of TMN from the view of MIS.
