摘要
中小企业人才缺乏的现状影响了人才聚集效应的发挥,制约了企业竞争力的提高和持续发展的潜力。在信息管理技术的支持下,打破传统人才定义,将人才以虚拟角色为单位进行划分,并按照一定的规则建立复合虚拟角色,最终实现虚拟人才的功能实体化,在短时间内有效地扩大企业人才规模,使之达到并超过实现人才聚集效应的最低规模要求,进而通过对虚拟人才的管理、激励,实现人才聚集效应,提高企业效益和竞争力。
It is the shortage of talents that SME cannot exert the effect of talent accumulation, improve competitiveness and develop continuously. With the development of information management, it could break the definition of traditional talent, divide talent as virtual roles, build compounding virtual roles and realize function-materialization of virtual talents finally. It can enlarge the talent scale effectively in the short time and reach or exceed the least scale demand of talent accumulation effect. On the basis of scale, through the management and incentive, the effect of accumulation will be realized and the benefits and competitiveness will be increased.
