高压静电场处理对玫瑰香葡萄保鲜效果的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以玫瑰香葡萄为材料,研究了在20kV/m,40kV/m,60kV/m,80kV/m,100kV/m不同高压静电场处理1h对葡萄质量损失率、腐烂率、掉果率的影响。结果表明:高压静电场处理可明显减少葡萄储藏的质量损失,能延迟葡萄采后衰老,葡萄的腐烂率、掉果率明显降低;其中经60kV/m的高压静电场处理,葡萄保鲜效果最好,葡萄贮藏60d,好果率达80%。 With Meiguixiang grape as the material, under an hour's 20kV/m, 40kV/m, 60kV/m, 80kV/m, 100kV/mdifferent high voltage static electric fields (HVEF), the effect to the weight loss rate, decomposing rate, fruit dropping rate are researched. The results show that HVEF has an obvious inhibition effect on the weight loss, as well as post harvest decrepitude and the decomposing rate, fruit dropping rate are obviously lower than the contrast. Under the same storage situation, with 60kV/m HVEE the effect of grapes, fresh keeping is the better than the others, after 60 days, storage, good fruit rate can reach to 80%.
