摘要
新疆北疆平原荒漠属盆地、谷地—山地型，存在于山地—平原—绿洲复合系统之中。文章分析了复合系统的结构，提出要解决现存矛盾，出路在于完善山地—平原—绿洲复合系统，提出三带一改，三季一封开发复合系统的总体模式，并提出以绿洲—荒漠过渡带为开发重点。
lain desert of Northern Xinjiang belongs to basinmountain type and exists in mountainplainoasis compound system.In this paper structure of the compound system was illustrated.Problems existed in utilization of grassland and oasis were analyzed.Strategy was proposed for development of the whole system with emphasis on oasisdesert transitional belt.The strategy included 'three belts with one reformation' and 'three seasons with one closing system'.
