摘要
应用改进的常规育种技术培育转Bt基因抗虫棉,可大大提高对鳞翅目害虫的抗性,这是棉花品种改良的新趋势。育种实践表明,根据转Bt基因种质系供体的特点和遗传缺陷,选择综合性状优良、前期生长势强、株形稍高大松散,铃重较大、生育期相对较短的材料作亲本较为适宜;在杂交技术的应用上,宜采用复合杂交、基因渐渗和有利基因累加技术;杂种后代的处理视杂交方式而定。本文对育种程序中抗虫性鉴定技术进行了讨论。
Bt gene was transferred to cotton materials with superior characters by modified conventional breeding techniques, which will greatly improve resistance to Helicoverpa complex. The breeding practice reviewed that receptor parent should possess some characteristics ,such as powerful seedling growth habit ,loose branches, big bolls ,according to the characteristics of Bt germplasm donor. In breeding techniques, Multiple cross, gene introgression and benefit gene accumulation should be used. As for offspring treatment , different crosses should adopt suitable method ,which may be better than others. The pest resistant identification techniques in breeding procedures are also analyzed in this paper.
