摘要
采用球磨制粉和模压成型方法制备了FeSiAl磁粉芯。分别研究了粉料粒度、粘结剂用量、冷却条件和热处理工艺对铁硅铝磁粉芯品质因数Q和有效磁导率μe的影响。结果表明,粉料粒度越细,磁粉芯有效磁导率越低,品质因数越高;粘结剂量的增多,会使磁粉芯的品质因数提高而有效磁导率下降。对压制成型的磁粉芯进行热处理有助于消除磁粉芯的内应力,提高其有效磁导率。冷却方式的实验结果比较表明慢冷较快冷制得的磁粉芯有效磁导率略高些。
FeSiAI magnetic powder core was prepared from ball milling podwer followed by molding. The effect of process parameters on the quality factor and effective permeability of FeSiAl magnetic powder core has been studied in terms of powder sizes, mount of insulation binder, cooling conditions and temperatures of heat treatment. It was found that, with decreasing the size of FeSiAl magnetic powder, the effective permeability of the sample decreases but the quality factor increases. The more insulation binder results in a higher Q value and a lower μe. The heat treatment could improve the effective permeability as a result of reduction of internal stress. Low cooling rate is more helpful than high cooling rate for improving effective permeability.
