共聚法改性苯并噁嗪/环氧树脂体系的性能 被引量:2

Properties of Benzoxazin/Epoxy Resin Modified with the Method of Copolymerization

摘要 通过力学性能、热失重、动态粘弹谱和扫描电子显微镜研究了增韧剂对苯并噁嗪/环氧树脂体系性能的影响。研究表明,液体聚硫橡胶通过共聚法改性苯并噁嗪/环氧树脂体系,不仅可以提高树脂体系的耐热性能,还可以显著提高树脂体系的冲击强度和拉伸强度;而且明显好于共混法改性以及其它增韧剂改性。 In order to improve the properties of benzoxazin/epoxy resin, copolymerization modification method was used. The influence of toughening agent on benzoxazin/epoxy resin was research with mechanical properties, TG, DMA and SEM. The results are that the mechanical properties, glass transmission temperature and viscosity of benzoxazin/epoxy resin modified by liquid polysulfur rubber with the method of copolymerization are best than polyurethane resin, liquid NBR-40 and CTBN toughening agent. And the eopolymerization modification method is better than blending modification method in mechanical properties, glass transmission temperature of benzoxazin/epoxy resin.
