摘要
从德国威廉.冯.洪堡对柏林大学的改革和蔡元培对北京大学的改革的时代背景、改革指导思想、改革理念以及改革实践的角度对比分析,阐述了两次大学改革的现实影响和意义。
This paper makes comparison and analysis of the background, guiding idea, belief, and practice of William Von Humboldt＇s reform in Berlin University and Cai Yuanpei＇s reform in Peking University, and discusses the current effect and meaning of the two reforms.
