摘要
通过研究不同热处理工艺参数对30CrMnSiA调质钢力学性能和显微组织的影响,分析了不同热处理工艺条件下30CrMnSiA调质钢组织的形成与转变过程,结合试验后材料力学性能的变化,并得出结论(1)在调质处理中,当淬火温度在±15℃范围内变化时,回火温度和时间对试样的力学性能影响比较显著。(2)在我单位生产30CrMnSiA调质钢在调质时获得良好机械性能的最佳工艺为890℃×45min(油)+560℃×70min(水)。
According to the research on the effect of different heat treatment process parameters on mechanical properties and mierostrueture of 30CrMnSiA quenehed and tempered steel, the formation and transformation proeess of strueture of 30CrMnSiA un- der the different heat treatment eonditions was analyzed in this paper. Combining with the ehanges of meehanieal properties of tested materials, eonelnsions were drawn: (1) as the quenehing temperatures flnetuated in the range of ±15℃, the effects of tempering temperatures and tempering time on the meehanieal properties of the sample was relatively signifieant in the quenehing and tempering proeesses. (2) The optimum procedure to prodnee 30CrMnSIA quenehed and tempered steel with exeellent meehanleal properties in our plant was 890℃×45min(in oil) +560℃×70min(in water).
