摘要
介绍了一种新型的便携式农机液压系统检测仪的结构方案及油路设计。该检测仪可实时显示液压系统的温度、压力和流量,用于农机液压系统的现场检测,可检测判断系统的技术状态,为确定故障发生的部位和原因,实现对液压系统的不解体检测提供了方便,减少了盲目拆卸和频繁停机造成的损失。
The paper described the structural schemes and oil - passage design of a new type portable instrument used to hydraulic system in the agricultural machinery. It can display real time temperature, pressure and flow of the hydraulic system, so it can be used to locale measurement of hydraulic system in the agricultural machinery. It can measure and estimate technological state of the system, which provides convenience to confirming the position and reason of the fault and non -disintegrate measurement of hydraulic system, so that reduces losses caused of dismantling blindly and shutting down frequently.
