摘要 在介绍中等跨度钢管混凝土简支系杆拱桥上部结构关键工序的施工方法的基础上,总结了按先拱后梁施工过程中的控制方法。根据应用结构分析软件编写的施工分析程序对钢管拱肋吊装、拱肋微膨胀混凝土泵送、系梁吊装、现浇中横梁等关键工序建模进行了模拟,分析结果对施工方案进行的优化,对施工起到指导作用。此外,还介绍了所采用的施工阶段预应力张拉控制及端横梁加固方法。 The construction method of superstructures of medium-span simply-supported tied arch bridge with concrete filled steel tubes was introduced. The control method during the construction of superstructures of the main bridge was summarized. The emulational analysis of the key process was programmed by use of structural analysis software, such as the lifting and erection of arch ribs and longitudinal girder, pumping concrete through steel tube and site construction of transbeam. The pulling control of pre-stressed cable and the reinforcing method of end cross beam in construction process was discussed. The construction method was optimized according to the analysis result. It shows the guide role of control method on the construction. From the results, it can be seen that the control method is applicable.
