摘要
造成城市道路扬尘污染主要有2个原因：一是城市裸露地面、大规模旧城拆除、建筑施工扬尘，这是扬尘污染源的源头；二是交通运输与道路清扫作业的扬尘，属二次扬尘。
This article analyzed why and how the road dust and emission had caused so much pollution, and provided practical plans and initial programs to solve the problems.
