摘要
介绍了用于制造火箭发动机零件的因康镍（Inconel）718合金的超塑成形（SPF）和扩散连接DB）工艺。经特殊加工的细晶粒因康镍718合金具有足够的超塑性，因而能用于超塑成形相当复杂的零件。因康镍718合金可以采用通过Ni界面层形成高剪切强度的扩散连接。
The processing of superplastic forming (SPF) and diffusion bonding (DB) of Inconel 718 alloy for fabricating rocket engine parts is presented in this paper. Testing results indicate that specially proceeded, fine grained Inconel alloy shows sufficient superplasticity for SPF of considerably complex parts. It has shown that the inconel 718 alloy can be diffusion bonded by using a nickel interface layer to form high shear strength bonds.
