温州蜜柑完熟果实的浮皮与贮藏性之间的关系 被引量:20

摘要 以早熟温州蜜柑的完熟果实为研究对象,经对果实大小与浮皮程度的调查表明,果实越大,浮皮越严重。经贮藏试验表明,咪鲜胺保鲜剂处理可减少果实失重,而对防止腐烂的效果不一致;浮皮与不浮皮的果实比较,果实腐烂率以浮皮果实较高,而果实失重率则以不浮皮的果实较高。钙剂处理可降低果实浮皮率和果实腐烂率。结果表明,生产上要采取措施,多生产中、小形果实,尽早疏除66 mm以上的2 L级大果,留中、小形果实,最好是果径55 mm以下的果实,进行完熟采收;采收后要选中、小形果实进行贮藏,贮藏期以不超过40 d为宜。 The relationship between fruit size and peel puffing rate was studied by investigating fidl maturing fruits of early maturing Satsuma mandarin. The results showed that the bigger were fruits, the higher was peel puffing rate. The studies showed that the application of prochloraz could reduce fruit weight loss during storage, but its effect of preventing decay was different. Decay rate of peel puffing fruits was higher than that non-peel puffing fruits, weight loss of peel puffing fruits was lower than that non-peel puffing fruit.Peel puffing rate as well as decay rate of the fruits in the storage could be alleviated by application of calcium fertilizer. The results indicated that, middle and little fruits should be kept in trees, and the 2 L grade fruits with diameter of more than 66 nun should be thinned as early as possible. The fruits with diameter of less than 55 nun showld be harvested at full mature, while middle and little fruits could be used to store, and the storage time could not exceed 40 d.
