摘要
对原有焓差测试设备进行改进,利用焓差法实现客车空调性能测试,测试方法简单快捷、节约成本,且测试结果与设计值吻合较好。证明此方法可以在以后测试中继续使用。另外,在测试的同时,对电机温升情况进行观察,测试方法及试验间通风性能够满足电机绝缘等级要求。
Improves enthalpy of the original test equipment. Engages in the bus air-conditoning test method research on the basis of the air-enthalpy difference method. Approves that through certain improvements, the test method is simple and low cost. Compares with the expected target, the test results are accurate. Proves that this kind of method can be used in the future research. Observes the temperature increasing of the motor, and confirms that the condition of the test room is satisfied to the operating performance of the motor.
