摘要
针对重型车床主轴的特点建立了有限元模型,计算出主轴极限工况下的位移以预测主轴刚度,从而优化了主轴部件的设计,有效提高了主轴部件的设计效率。
Based on the peculiarity of the spindle of the CNC heavy lathe, the finite element modle is presented, the limited displacement is calculated, the spindle stiffness is evaluated, and the spindle unit is optimum designed, the design efficiency is suecessful raised.
