摘要
针对直接空冷机组蒸汽分配管分配蒸汽至空冷单元的流量不均匀现象,利用计算流体力学软件,对某台200 MW机组蒸汽分配管道的流量分配状况进行了数值模拟。结果显示,沿流动方向依次减小蒸汽分配管的直径和正确缩小出口尺寸,可以实现蒸汽分配管道至各空冷单元蒸汽流量的均匀分配。
In allusion to the non-uniform phenomenon of flow distribution caused by steam distributing pipe allocating steam to air-cooling element of direct air-cooling unit, flow distribution of steam distributing pipe of certain 200 MW direct air-cooling unit is numerically simulated via computational fluid dynamics software. Results indicate that steam distributing pipe could allocate steam to air-cooling element uniformly by sequentially reducing steam distributing pipe' s diameter and exactly reducing outlet' s size along flow direction.
