血液透析在救治挤压综合征导致急性肾损伤中的作用

摘要
挤压综合征是地震灾后伤员死亡的主要原因，挤压综合征的严重程度取决于受伤肢体的面积和受压时间。5·12汶川地震以来，我院收治患者1970例，发生挤压综合征110例，急性肾损伤（AKI）76例，AKI需要肾脏替代治疗（CRRT）31例，其中6例接受了间断血液透析治疗。为了预防和纠正高钾血症，22例患者在治疗的早期（1～2d）先进行6～8h连续性静脉一静脉血液透析（CVVHD）。
