摘要
针对光伏产业太阳能级多晶硅在全球范围内供不应求的局面和国内外多晶硅产业发展现状,对高纯多晶硅的主要制备方法和一些制备提纯的新工艺进行了综述和分析,介绍了国内外太阳能级多晶硅的生产与发展进展,同时概述了当前国内外高纯硅材料的回收再利用情况,最后简要介绍了在废弃电子级硅片方面初步开展的回收处理研究及有关工作。
The solar-grade poly-silicon has been globally short in demand because of the rapid development of PV industry. Therefore, the production and development status of global solar-grade poly-silicon are presented in this article as well as the main processes for producing and purifying high purity silicon materials, In addition, the recycling status of high purity silicon materials at home and abroad and our research progresses in recycling waste electronicgrade silicon scraps are also briefly introduced as well.
