摘要
利用有限元法对脉冲激光毛化过程的温度场、应力场进行了数值模拟,研究了不同激光参数对表面温度场与应力的影响,计算并讨论了温度梯度的影响,数值计算结果通过实验进行检验。结果表明,激光功率对不同深度处点的最高温度和温度梯度有决定性的作用,深度方向的温度梯度远大于其它两个方向的温度梯度。另外,提高基体预热温度能降低毛化点表面的温度梯度,有效降低表面的残余应力。在激光毛化光路设计中,利用脉冲激光对毛化点进行预热非常有必要。温度与应力的计算结果与实验基本一致。
