摘要
本文通过对语音质量的感知评估(perceptual evaluation of speech quality,PESQ)算法与基于H.323VOIP系统整合的探讨分析,提出了一种有效载荷替换的非介入式方法作为VOIP系统与PESQ算法之间的接口平台,从而构建起了一个完整的VOIP系统语音质量评估体系。最后,将该评估体系应用于自行开发的VOIP系统,实际测试证明能在很大程度上提高VOIP通信系统的语音质量。
Analysis of the relation between PESQ and VOIP systems based on ITU-T Recommendation H.323 was made .To construct a complete architecture of the evaluation of speech quality in VOIP system, a non-intrusive method of payload substitution which acts as the interface between VOIP systems and PESQ algorithm is developed. Finally, the architecture is applied to our VOIP system and the result of testing shows that it can improve the speech quality of VOIP greatly.
