摘要
目的:以常用中药材当归为例,依据其所含活性成分变化规律,预测当归药材的保质期,并提出中药材亟需建立保质期的问题。方法:经典恒温法对当归药材进行加速实验并预测其保质期,利用高效液相色谱法测定其中的主要化学成分含量。结果:阿魏酸松柏酯和Z-藁本内酯的化学动力学方程分别为:lgk=-5 152.1/T+13.811(r=0.9985)和lgk=-4 064.6/T+10.4(r=0.9997),由此推算出室温下的温度常数k25℃,进而计算出各自含量下降10%时间t0.9分别约为13,7 d,与验证实验结果基本一致。结论:该方法为当归药材保质期的建立提供了参考依据,说明了建立中药材保质期的必要性。
Objective: To predict the shelf life of Chinese Angelica by investigating the stability of its active components. Method : The classic homeothermia method was used for forecast the shelf life, and HPLC was applied for quantitative determination of chemical compounds in Chinese Angelica. Result : The correlation equations, thermal constant at ambient temperature ( k25 ℃) and shelf life (to. 9 ) for coniferyl ferulate and Z-Ligustilide were lgk = - 5 152. 1/T + 13.8 (r = 0. 998 5 ), 3.33 × 10^-4, 13 d and lgk = - 4 064. 6/T + 10. 4 ( r = 0. 999 7 ), 5.91 × 10^-4, 7 d, respectively. Conclusion: The shelf life of Chinese Angelica has been established, which suggests that it is very important for ensuring the safety and efficacy of Chinese crude drug.
