论信息共享空间体系结构与实施策略 被引量:47

The Systematic Structure of the Information Commons and Its Actualized Strategies

摘要 通过对国外信息共享空间产生背景、现状、发展趋势及其内涵、类型、特征和实现目标等问题的研究,并结合图书馆学、协同论、战略联盟、功能集成和知识管理等理论,作者提出信息共享空间概念模型理论,并从实体层、虚拟层和支持层三个方面阐述信息共享空间的体系结构、驱动系统运行与发展的动力机制。通过对信息共享空间构建模式与组织模型的研究,最终形成了关于构建信息共享空间的实施策略的思想。 By analysis of the background, status quo and tendency as well as the connotation, genre, trait and object of the information commons in foreign countries, and through combining them into the theories of the library science, synergetics, strategical-liance, function gathering and knowledge management, the authors put forward a kind of the concept model of the information commons, and, from three levels of entity, virtuality and support, give an interpretation of its dynamic mechanism of the systematic structure and driving-system running. Based on such research for the constructing mode and organizational model, the actualized strategies of establishing the information commons can finally be come into shape.
