摘要
本文提出测定混合干扰组分的多波长K系数法,给出了算式△A=A-sum from n=1 to n(K_iA_i)=kC。测定采用一个测量波长及与干扰组分个数相等的参数比波长。以本法对PAR-Co、Ni、Cu、Zn体系进行了测定,获较满意的结果。
A new method for simultaneous determination of multicomponent with multiwavelength K-factor spectrophotometry has been developed. The concentration of the component to be determined is obtained from the equation, A-sum from i=1 to a (KiAi)=kC, cwhere A_i and K_i refer to the absorbance and the correcting factor respectively at the i-th reference wavelength, and k is the proportional onstant of the component to be determined. This method is more convenient than traditional one. It has been succeeded in applying this method to the analysis of a three or four-component mixed system.
