摘要
模锻锤由于其特别恶劣的工作条件,其上最大的受力零件——砧座,会受到频繁的冲击和过载。特别是在终锻时,过载情况更为严重,砧座容易发生早期损坏。本文通过对模锻锤在打击过程中的砧座受力分析,和对比国内外模锻锤的结构差异,提出大吨位模锻锤砧座优化设计方案。
As the Close die forging hammer is working in atrocious condition,its maximum intense part-anvil block must bear frequent shock and overload.Especially in end forging,overload condition will be more serious and the anvil block is easy to be damaged.With analysis of the anvil block's load condition in the hitting process of the Close die forging hammer,by comparing the structure differences of inside and outside Close die forging hammer,the optimum design for anvil block of Close die forging hammer has been put forward in the text.
