摘要
采用扫描电镜、金相显微镜等试验手段对试验用国产化EA4T车轴钢的显微组织、断裂韧性及断口形貌进行观察分析,力学性能测试结果表明:该钢Mn、Cr含量偏低,导致车轴钢淬透性较差;材料中出现块状先共析铁素体,并沿心部逐渐增多,这是引起材料解理开裂而降低韧性和塑性的主要原因。
The microstructure, fracture morphology and fracture toughness of domestic axles steel EA4T were observed and analyzed by SEM and TEM. The experimental results show that the low content of Mn and Cr leads to the low hardenability of the steel. The appearance of massive eutectoid ferrite and the gradual increase along centre are the main reason of material cleavage fracture, which reduces tenacity and plasticity.
