摘要
基于糖厂实际生产的查定数据,运用灰色系统关联度理论和层次分析方法,选定清汁pH值、清糖浆pH值、清汁的含硫量、清糖浆的含硫量等4个因素作为主要影响因子,求得它们对白砂糖SO2含量的影响主次为:清汁含硫量、清汁pH值、清糖浆含硫量、清糖浆pH值。经对比分析,认为灰色关联度分析法的结果更准确。
Based on the productive date of Sulphitation Sugar Mil,gray correlation analysis and hierarch program were made use to analyse the weight of factors in the remainig sulfur dioxide in white granulated sugar.The four factors were pH of clear juice,pH of clear syrup,quantity of sulfur dioxide in clear juice and quantity of sulfur dioxide in clear syrup.By contrasted the computafions of two methods,we considered the consequence of gray correlation was rnore exact.
