摘要
从过敏反应、消化系统反应、泌尿系统反应、循环系统反应等几个方面,对近几年阿奇霉素不良反应的相关文献进行归纳、整理;探析预防阿奇霉素不良反应的措施;提醒医护人员加强阿奇霉素临床用药的观察与监测,采取相应预防措施,避免不良反应的发生,保障患者用药安全,为临床合理用药提供参考。
To sum up the related literatures of the adverse reactions of Azithromycin in the aspects of hypersensitive reaction, reactions of digestive sytem, uropoietic system as well as circulation system, and analyze the effective measures for preventing the adverse reactions of Azithromycin; and then remind the medical staff to enhance the observation and determina- tion of clinical medication of Azithromycin, and take the corresponding preventive measures to avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions, and ensure the medication safety of patients, and provide information for the clinical rational administration.
