以活塞内芯模具曲面加工为例,从分析零件图样、建立实体模型和确定加工工艺,到生成及校验刀具轨迹,最后经后置处理生成实用有效的数控程序,详细叙述了在数控加工过程中运用MasterCAM软件的流程和步骤。
MasterCAM is a commonly used CAD/CAM software in NC field. The approach that how to use MasterCAM in NC machining was described from analyzing pars draft, designing entity models and confirming machining technics to producing and checking tools path,making practical NC code that have been post processed, and the processing with core die. With the help of MasterCAM, the efficiency of NC machining was higher, the machining precision was ensured,and the quality of NC machining was higher.
