摘要
采用科学合理的评价方法来评估企业绿色竞争力是有效培育企业绿色竞争力的前提和依据。该文通过构建熵权模糊评价模型,以上市公司公开信息为依据,对长三角地区和环渤海地区4个重污染行业的144家上市公司的绿色竞争力水平进行了测评和比较分析。测评结果显示:两地区企业绿色竞争力状况总体水平相当,且都有待提高;两地区行业绿色竞争力平均水平排序相同;长三角地区内部企业绿色竞争力两极分化程度大于环渤海地区。讨论认为:由于两地区的产业政策、环境管理协调、政府政策执行力度等较为一致,而出现企业绿色竞争力状况趋同的现象。但是,环渤海地区的科学发展具有相对优势。
Using scientific and right assessing method to evaluate green competitiveness of enterprise is a basis to promote its green competitiveness. The artiele established a kind of fuzzy evaluation model based on entropy weight. According to the open information of listed companies, we evaluate and comparative analYSiS of the green competitiveness of 144 listed companies of 4 heavy pollution industries of the two deltas. The result showed that the averages of green competitiveness of the two deltas were almost the same and all needed to improve. The sort orders of industry average level of the two deltas are the same too. The polarizer of Yangtze River Delta is more serious than that of around Bohai region. Because of similarity of industrial policy, environmental management coordination and execution of govemment policy, thero is tendency of similarity on green competitiveness. However, scientific development of Bohai Sea region has comparative advantage.
