摘要
目的:研究短柄五加的化学成分及其抑菌活性。方法:采用抑菌活性追踪法和各种色谱技术分离和纯化,通过对各成分理化性质和波谱学数据的分析进行结构鉴定。结果:短柄五加乙醇提取物中的醋酸乙酯部分显示较强的抑菌活性,从中分离鉴定出了6个化合物:水杨酸(Ⅰ)、表儿茶素(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、对-香豆酸(Ⅳ)、绿原酸(Ⅴ)、荭草苷(Ⅵ)。结论:醋酸乙酯部分含有抑菌活性成分,其中化合物5和6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study chemical constituents and antibacterial activity of Acanthopanax brachypus Harms.METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by antibacterial activity guided method and various chromatographic techniques, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. RESULTS The EtOAc extract showed remarkable antibacterial activity, and six compounds were isolated and identified as salicylic acid ( Ⅰ ),epicatechin ( Ⅱ ),β-sitosterol (Ⅲ),p coumaric acid (Ⅳ),chlorogenic acid (Ⅴ),orientin (Ⅵ). CONCLUSION The EtO- Ac fraction contains active constituents,and compounds 5 and 6 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
