控制院内多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的流行 被引量：2

摘要 鲍曼不动杆菌是医院感染的重要病原菌，尤其在免疫力低下或人住重症监护病房患者，鲍曼不动杆菌的分离率逐年上升。由于自然界中鲍曼不动杆菌的广泛存在及其复杂的耐药机制，导致部分医院鲍曼不动杆菌院内感染的流行，给临床治疗带来极大困难。目前对7种具有抗假单胞菌作用的抗生素（包括青霉素类、头孢菌素、单环类抗生素、氟喹诺酮、氨基糖苷类、碳青霉烯类和粘菌素）中5种耐药者定义为多重耐药（multi-drug resistant，MDR）。
