摘要
以国内外优秀标枪运动员为研究对象,通过国内外优秀标枪运动员投掷步技术参数的对比,从中找出我国优秀标枪运动员投掷步技术存在的差距,为促进我国标枪运动水平的提高提出方法。
This study drew an analogy of the parameters of the throwing steps of elite Chinese and foreign javelin throwers Chinese elite athletes＇disparity in throwing step techniques. Suggestions to improve were brought forth.
