摘要
在总结已有研究成果的基础上,通过对知识价值链的分析,阐述了基于知识管理的企业核心竞争力培育的路径与机制,梳理了知识创新、知识管理与企业核心竞争力三者之间的关系;阐述了核心竞争力评价的目的;在基于知识管理的维度下,提出了企业核心竞争力评价的方法和流程。
Based on the summarization of informed research results and through the analysis on the knowledge value chain, this paper elaborates the route and the mechanism of cultivating the core competence of enterprises based on the knowledge management, makes clear the relationship among the knowledge innovation, the knowledge management and the core competence of enterprises, and expounds the purpose of evaluating the core competence, and based on the dimension of the knowledge management, puts forward some methods for and processes of evaluating the core competence of enterprise.
