摘要
阐述了开级配沥青磨耗层(OGFC)新型路面的结构、性能原理。通过现有信息资料总结与分析,结合厦门市仙岳路西段中3座道路交叉口跨线桥的工程实例,简要介绍了OGFC路面施工技术要点。采用高黏度沥青保证OGFC路面应有的大空隙率,提高其排水降噪能力和抗滑性能,同时也提高了抗变形的能力,解决了OGFC路面大空隙率与功能耐久性的矛盾,并延长了路面使用寿命。
Described hereby is the new pavement structure with OGFC, open-graded asphalt friction course and the principle of its performance. With the information available and the engineering practice of 3 interchanges in west section of Xianyue Rd., Xiamen, the key points of OGFC construction are briefly introduced. Asphalt with high viscosity is used to guarantee the great rate of voids, and improve its performance of water drainage, noise reduction and anti-skid, and also resistance against distortion. The contradiction between great rate of voids and durability is thus solved and the service life of the pavement is extended.
