摘要
首先,从重庆市客观实际情况和经济学角度提出了重庆沙坪坝区土地集约利用的必要性。其次,建立了影响土地集约利用的指标体系。结合土地集约利用的多元性特点和沙坪坝区实际,不单纯从经济角度或者从经济、社会、生态3方面出发,还提出了人文环境指标要素。再次,运用层次分析法和Excel工具,结合重庆市实际情况,采用递阶多层次综合评价模型分析沙坪坝区土地利用集约度。通过分析,得出重庆市沙坪坝区土地集约利用程度较低的结论。最后,针对沙坪坝区统筹城乡规划试验区亟需解决农民工住房问题的现实,提出提高该区土地集约利用度的建议。
First of all, the necessary of the land intensive use of Shapingba was put forward form the practical situation of Chongqing City Then, the index system which influenced intensive land use was established. Combining with the diversity of the mhan land intensive use and the factual in Shapingba, the index system not only considered about the economy, society and ecology, but also the index element of hummaistic environment. Furthermore, the intensity of the land was analyzed by the way of AHP and the tool of Excel. Through the analysis, the conclusion was obtained that the level of intensity in Shapingba was lower.At last,suggestions on increasing the urban land intensive use of Shapingba district were put forward.
