摘要
CMOS摄像机是能在同一CMOS图像传感器芯片上集成所有摄像机功能电路的摄像机。其具有结构简单、集成度高、功耗小、成本低的优点,已广泛应用于科学、军事、医疗、工业、国防、影视等领域。文章对CMOS摄像机的工作原理、结构、分类以及在基础设施和医疗领域的应用进行了介绍,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
CMOS camera can integrate all electric circuits of camera function on a CMOS image sensor chip, which has the advantages of simple structure, high integration, low power loss and cost, and has been widely used in science, military, medicine, industry, defense, film television, and other fields.The operation principle, structure, classification of the CMOS camera as well as its application to basic facilities and medical domain are introduced, and its development tendency is forecast.
