摘要
采用问卷调查法,对270名大学生在大学英语课堂中的动机削弱情况进行了调查,调查结果显示,很多学生在英语课堂中存在学习动机削弱的现象,并且大部分的动机削弱是由教师引起的。在调查分析的基础上,提出教师可以从课程组件、教师组件、集体组件三个维度出发,采取各种策略抑制学生的动机削弱,以达到增强动机的目的。
On the demotivation phenomena in the English classes, 270 undergraduates have been investigated by questionnaire.The results show that the demotivation phenomena are mostly caused by the teachers them- selves in the English classes.On the basis of investigation and analysis, the author proposes that teachers can adopt some strategies to curb the demotivation and strengthen motivation from three dimensions:the course, teachers and the collective.
