摘要
利用环氧树脂(E-51)与聚氨酯预聚体NCO的反应,得到改性聚氨酯弹性体(PUE),并考察了PUE的物理性能。实验结果表明:E-51质量分数为5%时,PUE的邵尔A型硬度、拉伸强度、100%定伸应力和撕裂强度达到最小值,分别为86、15.9 MPa、2.5 MPa和32.1 N.mm-1,而扯断伸长率为457%;E-51提高了PUE的耐热性;E-51质量分数为5%时,PUE的耐溶剂性差,耐四氢呋喃最差,环己酮次之,乙酸乙酯最好。
The PUE was synthesized by the reaction of EP (E-51) with PU precursor NCO at a predetermined condition. It was found from the studies of the mechanical properties of PUE that the hardness, the tensile strength , the tensile strength at 100%0 and the tear strength were Shore A 86, 15.9 MPa, 2.5 MPa and 32.1 N·mm^-1 respectively, while the elongation at break reached the maximum, 457% when the content of E-51 was 5wt%. The thermal stability of PUE was improved by addition of E-51. However, the anti-dissolvability of the PUE was the poorest when the content of E-51 was 5wt% and the dissolvability of the modified PUE in the solvents followed the order THF〉 cyclohexanone〉 ethyl acetate.
