摘要
华中科技大学同济医学院自1999年以来在医学教育中实施了以问题为基础学习(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)教学方法的改革,将教师培训作为实施PBL教学的关键环节之一,通过大规模的教师培训,广大教师充分认识到自身在PBL教学中的合理定位,科学运用促进性的教学技能,对PBL教学效果发挥了决定性作用。
PBL has been put into practice in Tongji Medical College of HUST since 1999 as an innovation of teaching method. TJMC has regarded faculty training as a fundamental part of PBL. Through large-scale teacher-training projects, the majority of the teachers are able to identify their roles and orientations reasonably in the learning and teaching process and employ sound teaching skills to fulfill their roles as facilitators. Effective faculty training is crucial to the effects achieved by adopting PBL in TJMC.
