摘要
人口多,资源短缺是我国的基本国情。如何利用可再生能源日益成为研究的热点,生物质秸秆资源作为可再生能源的重要分支,以此为原料进行发电的研究和探索一直进行着,并取得阶段性成果。但利用生物质秸秆资源发电的综合效益尚无定量结论,本研究以此为切入点,试图在秸秆资源发电的综合效益量化上取得突破。首先分析我国生物质秸秆资源现状及利用情况,然后从经济、生态、社会3个视角分析了生物质秸秆资源发电的综合效益,进而构建秸秆发电的综合效益模型对其量化,并进行实证分析。研究结果表明:①我国生物质秸秆资源发电的前景十分广阔,长远看综合效益可观,但其综合效益具有滞后性,近期综合效益不太明显;②实证分析结果表明,装机容量为1×25MW、每年燃烧棉花秸秆12.31×104t、年供电量1.37×108kWh的秸秆发电厂一般6.23年后才能取得明显的综合效益,长期来看其综合效益可达46277.50×104元,由此推论若将全国的生物质秸秆资源充分利用起来,发电的综合效益可高达11822.72×108元。
A large human population combined with a shortage of resources is China' s basic national condition. With the high use of nonrenewable energy, the country' s resources will be gradually depleted, so use of renewable energy is an increasingly popular topic of research. In order to solve the problem of energy resource scarcity, from the 1970s more and more researchers have studied new sources of sustainable energy, in particular straw biomass. At present, straw biomass is accepted as an important source of renewable energy, and research on the use of straw biomass as raw material for power generation is being conducted. At this point, researchers have achieved initial results, but there are no quantitative conclusions of the comprehensive benefits from straw-based power generation. This study attempts to achieve a breakthrough in how to quantify the comprehensive benefits of straw-based power generation. This paper provides a reference for further studies of straw biomass resources, and warns of the current waste of a valuable resource. We first analyze the present situation and use of straw biomass resources. Then we analyze the comprehensive benefits of the straw biomass power generation from the perspective of economic, ecological, and social benefits. We build models to quantify the benefits of straw biomass power generation, and we conduct an empirical analysis and use a representative example to analyze the feasibility of straw-based power generation. The results of this analysis show that use of China' s straw biomass resources for power generation has very broad prospects and considerable long-term comprehensive benefits. But its comprehensive benefits have a time lag and the short-term comprehensive benefits are not very noticeable. The empirical results of the analysis show that a straw power plant with installed capacity of 1 ~ 25MW, with an annual rate of burning 123.1 thousand tons of cotton straw and a power supply of 137 million kWh, will typically have significant benefits after six years. In the long term, the gross benefit can be up to 462.775 million RMB. Based on this, if we make full use of the straw biomass in our country, the total income could reach 1 182.27 billion RMB. From this analysis we see that straw biomass power generation not only brings economic benefits but also large social and ecological benefits. Thus, we conclude that straw-based power generation is very feasible and has bright prospects in China.
